support (geo)tiff format as ground model format
geo tiff is a more efficient format using less disk space, widely accepted.

We are pleased to announce that this functionality has now been completed and is available with 2021.2 of InfoWorks ICM.

This is even more relevant now the EA have released the latest LiDAR DTM covering over 80% of England in geotiff format rather than the previous .asc. Support for importing geotiff to gridded ground models would save the need to convert it to asc.
