Even changing the name of a file in an icmt database seems to cause a brand new temporary file to be created, which can take many minutes to complete. This temporary file seems to be created every time a change is made, not just at the end when the icmt is closed (although it does it then too). This can be rather frustrating. Is it possible for the temporary file to be created just once when all changes are made and the icmt is closed?
