Access to UDF Data through DB Editor
In InfoWater Pro, the model data can be accessed through the DB Editor. The UDF tool does not have any access to the database tables through the DB Editor. It would be very helpful if I could gain access to the UDF tables through the DB Editor, even if it were just under the Advanced Application Data (for Advanced Users), which most users should not use. I ended up having to use a different application to gain access to the DB tables.

Copy all the scenarios from a Model
I would like to make a subsystem copy of a model (with different scenarios) that brings all the scenarios to the new model when I make a copy of the selected nodes and links.
At this moment, a copy only brings the current scenario.
Thanks

Customize ArcGIS Pro ribbon with command center modeling tools
While building and editing models, I want to customize easy access to tools currently burried in the Command Center (e.g. Trace Network, Join/Remove Layer tables, Clear message board, etc.).
ArcGIS Pro lets you customize toolbars, but these commands aren't yet available.7 votes -
graph all sources on a singe graph in quality runs
The graphing tool in a quality run now only alows for two different sources. but I would like to know the consistency of water on any point in time of all defined scource nodes.
E.G. the consistency of node X is 36% from source X, 13% from source Y, 29% from source Z and 22% from an unknown/undifined source.
This would make water trace maps a lot more interesting.4 votes -
Optimize PRV Settings, including flow modulated PRVs
I want a tool that can help define the minimum pressure setting at a PRV to provide required pressure to downstream customers under expected demands.
In addition, in cases where I have flow modulated PRV's, I want the tool to provide a curve of pressure set point versus system demands.4 votes -
Group InfoWater Pro pumps into a pump station object that aggregates results
As a modeler I want to summarize the behavior of a pump station of multiple pumps using a polygon. This helps me summarize energy usage and total flow without needing to select arbirary upstream or downstream objects. This also helps simplify system schematics and SCADA integration.

Contours and Spot Elevation data for Elevation Extractor in InfoWater Pro
While rasters remain the best way to assign elevations throughout the model, InfoWater also supported other formats using interpolation such as contours and point elevation.
Please add these file types in InfoWater Pro.5 votes -
Temperature variation for the PSO bulk chlorine decay model in the MSQ module of InfoWorks
The reactive-constituent (PSO) chlorine decay model (Fisher et al. 2017) was provided to users in the MSQ module of InfoWorks in July 2020 (see the MSQ blog for details). A major advantage of this model is that only a single set of four model coefficients is required to characterize decay rate in a given bulk water throughout a distribution system, over a wide range of initial chlorine concentration and any number/size/timing of booster doses, at a single temperature.
Water temperature commonly differs by 20 degrees Celsius between summer and winter, causing reaction (decay) rates to differ typically by a factor…

InfoWater results export improvements
The EXTAPPFILTER option is useful for automatically exporting results for use in other programs. However, the results are exported as DBF files with an identically named MDX file (for example, JUNCTOUT.DBF and JUNCTOUT.MDX). The presence of the MDX files causes errors when attempting to use the DBFs in MS Access or PowerBI. The only way to import the results into Access or PowerBI is to first delete the MDX files.
As far as I can tell, the MDX files serve no purpose; they are just an index. I suggest either (1) don't create the MDX files, or (2)…

Populate Pump run schedule based on telemetry data in WS Pro
As a planning modeler calibrating within WS Pro, I want to use the "Load from Live Data" tool on pumps in Plan mode to populate the Control Data timeseries profile based on a data stream of 1's and 0's indicating on/off.
While this is already available in IWLive for realtime modeling, I want to leverage it for streamlined model calibration and analysis of historic events within WS Pro.2 votes -
Further "Set Area Codes" functionality - InfoWorks WS Pro
2 feature requests for consideration, both relating to the “set area codes” functionality in InfoWorks WS Pro:
1. The ability to save the “set area code” configuration, whether that be in a model tree group or as a cfg file, so that you don’t have to reset all preferences every time you open the tool
2. A “pause area code identification” button so that you can make multiple changes to assets without having to wait for the area codes to recalculate after every minor change (and without having to close the set area code window to prevent the recalculation, which…5 votes -
Evaluate Fireflow Minimum Pressure by Zone
In the drop down menu for the Critical Node Search Range, please add the option to evaluate minimum pressure based on the same zone. Or add an option to consider multiple search areas where the user can select either the entire system and/or by zone and input the minimum pressure for both search areas.
To be frank, this is a non-issue with the Bentley software. The user sets the zone or system as the critical node search area, then sets the desired minimum pressure(s). The FF results list the limiting nodes based on the selected parameter, but will report pressures…

Include an "excluded search nodes" warning in fireflow output table
When the design pressure exceeds the static pressure at a particular node, that node will be excluded from a design fireflow model run. The output table should include a banner at the top listing the excluded nodes, as these can make a big difference in available flows and can easily be overlooked. Currently, this event is only described in the .RPT file (shown as "Summary of Excluded Search Nodes: due to static pressure < design pressure").

Export InfoSurge results for external application
InfoWater can use the option to "Export simulation results for external application" to export selected results to DBF files. It would be nice to have this work for InfoSurge.

Addition of Calendar function to DemandWatch Pro
The current DemandWatch Pro doesn't have any functionality to set national holidays, even though water consumption should change on holidays greatly. Some national holidays are different yearly, so it will be great if we can define national holidays in some ways in DemandWatch Pro.

Display Warnings when Tank Stage/Volume Curve Inconsistent with Levels
As far as I can tell this is an EPANET bug, but say your tank levels are set to minimum 4 and maximum 20. If you have a stage/volume curve that goes below 4, your tank will supply water forever from a level of 4 feet.

New Feature is Active in All Scenarios Option (InfoWater/Pro)
Add a tools/options option so when you add new features they will be active in all scenarios, instead of getting errors 100 times for every scenario you try to run where the features were not included originally. This would be especially useful when using Intelliselection.

Modify How InfoSurge Counts Features for Licensing
We have 20,000-pipe InfoSurge licenses. We frequently have operational models larger than that, where we want to perform Surge modeling. Even if we deactivate portions of the network, InfoSurge still counts the total number of features. This wastes time deleting features to make a new model that is then possibly diverging from the original.

inlet riser option for tank
Have an option to specify an Inlet Riser Pipe for the tank element. This would hold the fill head at a constant, set at the riser pipe elevation, but allow the tank discharge head vary with the tank level.

Data Sets
It would be very helpful if, for any data set that is created by creating a clone of another data set, you could keep track of that. Perhaps a visually branched system of data sets to see if any of the sets were created based on another set. That is how WaterGEMS shows their data sets (aka alternatives). Or some other way of keeping track of which data sets were cloned, with options for recording when it was cloned and a more in-depth description/reasoning.
