Make InfoWater windows and dialog boxes resizable
Many windows in InfoWater/InfoWater Pro are not resizable, making it difficult to see long values.

The "Change ID" dialog is probably the one I run into problems with the most often. While it has been made resizable, it is a several step process. If you have long IDs, the user must resize the dialog, then separately resize each column in the table. It would be better if column widths adjusted with the whole dialog. Or, just remember the size of the dialog and the columns so the user only has to resize it once per session.

Including the License Manager window, where if you want to see who has licenses you need to scroll back and forth. OMG shoot me!
